I agree completely. I' ve never been a fan of chrome in large doses. I think the only reason I don' t dislike it on the ps3 is that it matches the lettering, which does look good on black IMO. That said, I wouldn' t mind having a matte black chrome finish. I' ve seen it done to a mini cooper S, and the body shop dusted all the chrome with a fine amount of black matte paint. The results were pretty cool. Black car with slightly shiny black chrome. They also took out the 85 pound sunroof and replaced it with a 6 pound piece of molded carbon fibre and got 250hp out of the engine. I think it would be the only mini I would ever be caught driving.

It' d definately be black. Well... either that or yellow.

Yah, its even worse in Canada. I just don' t understand how people could drop $38,000 on a mini cooper S, when you can also get Subaru STI' s for $45,000. Hell, you can buy used Acura NSX' s with 50,000km or under for 35 to 40 grand, who cares if they are 8 or 10 years old, they are still dead sexy and pretty fast.
