We' re going to upgrade the forums soon. You will like the improvements.

In the meantime though, anyone with a custom avatar request will need to reselect it as they are now all stored in a subfolder called " Custom Avatars - Only Use These if it is YOUR Avatar!" You will see this on the avatar selection screen which is accessible from the ' Settings' link above.

Anyone an request their oen avatar by emailing it to AVATAR@KIKIZO.COM. It must be 100x100 pixels and no heavier than 50k. All such future avatars will appear in this folder, but ones for anyone' s general use will be there in the first page of selection still. This will all be smoother once the forum is upgraded.

Is there any way to make it so that once a custom avatar has been selected by a member, it is no longer available for other members to select?

Not at the moment, but at least now they are categorised to make it obvious that unique avatars are only for their appropriate user, we should get fewer cases of people stealing someone' s unique avatar by accident.

No... now that the " personal" ones are in a separate folder it' s easy to know what' s what.

Expect the forum upgrade very soon. If you come to the forum one day soon and it' s all weird, we' re probably right in the middle of upgrading it.

Pray we don' t lose data or something horrendous.

I' ve tried several times to send my own in. First thru email, then thru PM in which I was told to send them thru to an email address, which I did again, and once more. They never got added and I never even really got a reply back.

So I' m wondering if it' s a problem with the email system itself. I thought maybe it was because I was using Gmail. However, I also tried with Yahoo! Mail.

I' m not sure what to do. Should I send them to a forum user who was able to get their avatar put up who can then send the email for me?

I checked all email (" avatar" in subject or message, w/ attachment, from gmail or yahoo) and all i ever got from you was a zip file with 19 avatars which i assumed would be for general use, and i don' t think this is what you mean... so I have no idea what this never got through.

Just use tinypic.com or whatever to post your pic right here and I' ll add it!
