S is possibly the second best controller ever

I like it. A controller doesnt matter to me

After using the S-class for so long the regular controller just feels awkward. I used to like it but the S-class fits my hands better, and I like the Japanese version of S-class because A is on top of the button, whereas in the normal S' s it' s inside and you cannot feel it.

When I got my Xbox I got the regular controller included with it and bought a second S-type controller at the same time. I had only played my mates' Xbox with the regular controller briefly before this. I must be one of the few who prefers the original " fat" controller to the S-type. I hate the positioning of the white and black buttons on the S-type and I find it too small after years of Dreamcast play. I have just become accustomed to the regualr type and I think whilst the S-controller is better for fighting games, both are equal for racing games and that the " fat" controller is VASTLY superior for FPS games.

I prefer the s controller. The main reason for that is because after playing super nintendo, and PS for so long, it " feels" right to me.

I' m not saying anything bad about the original controller, but, it' s just a bit to big for my taste.

I dig the original....I have the S also, but save it for guests. I just can' t get comfortable with it. I like the button placement on the original much better.

Another reason I prefer the S-class is that my config on UC requires the Black and White buttons to be really close to the fingers, not where I would have to stretch them across the whole pad. People say my config is weird but I like it enough.

I' ve been using the original Microsoft model for so long that transfering to anything else feels awkward and uncomfortable. I do however own an S controller and try to use it as often as possible, while I do think the smaller style kicks ass, I just don' t get the same feeling from it as I do when I use my original controller.

In short; they' re both wicked and I believe each one has its advantages over the other.

I like the original. I have big hands and I don' t have to stretch for buttons. The S contoller is about the size of my hand so it feels really ackward holding it.

yep.....it' s reall all about the B&W butons. With the original I' m not stretching to hit them (and I don' t have freakishly large hands or anything), but with the S I have to use the underside knickle of my thumb and ...well, that just sucks.

when I first got it, it was fine, not I dont like it that much.

The size of the regular controller was fine. What I hated was the slightly altered diamond layout they had. Sometimes I would try to reload weapons or something and do a jump. With the S-class I am more familiar with the normal diamond layout.

I prefer the S to the regular. The regular controller to bulky for me.

I say the S is for more action spontanious (sp?) games, and the regular is for relaxed games, life for shenmue I switched off btw the 2.
