This just bumped the awesomeness of RE5 a few hundred levels, i think even the skeptics are going to bend a little now. Either that or start to yell " GoW rippoff" !

They can call it a GoW rip-off all the want. Is not like Gears didn' t take their covering system idea from other games, such as KillSwitch.

I couldn' t care less about the cover system. Inserting a cover system into the first four would serve little to no real purpose, as the enemies had nothing much in the way of projectile weapon, and I can' t see it being a whole lot of use in five. A co-op mode would be badass however, and definitely a selling point for the game.

Whenever I think of cover systems I never think of Gears, I always think of Koei' s WINBACK!

I hate covering systems. How is this supposed to improve gameplay? It' s not too bad when you need to press a button to use it (then I can ignor the dumb feature) but when it works automatically when I go too close to a wall... .

For RE5, the cover system seems more like a throwaway to me, unless the zombies begin wielding Ak-47' s or something What I am really interesting in finding out is more about the co-op.
