When the heck did it come out?!
Link to 1up review Seriously, it was so quiet...from a game that MS hyped as an important one to round up its selection.
Anyway, the editor' s pretty much loved it (solid 9.0/10)
User rating is a 8.9
Basically, it fulfills what it set out to do, and people should be expecting Animal Crossing, not Halo, from it like SOME gamers it seems, insist on doing.
Also, as quoted, a return to form for Rare.
Dads are going to love this thing because, finally, we have a really good Xbox 360 game that they can play during the day, in front of the kids, without being worried about blood oozing down the screen after a juicy chainsaw kill. Microsoft and Rare may have just invented a new classification: " parent-friendly."
Apparently, ADULTS would enjoy this way more than kids?! Stranger and stranger!
Btw, the environments ARE pretty stunning I give Rare that!
Bizzare quotations (' horny' is in it!):
As you force Whirlms 27 and 28 to breed for the last time, before sacrificing them to the coffers, it dawns on you. Wait...Sparrowmints like to eat Whirlms, don' t they? So much so that it makes them horny. If you breed the little wrigglers as food, you can feed them to the birds, get them to mate and sell their offspring for three times the profit! Wait...is that evil? Who cares?!
