Developed jointly by Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo and wrestling game developer Yuke' s, Rumble Roses is a powerhouse combination with intense wresting action, sexy female models, audacious poses and bold moves - all delivered with state-of-the-art graphics. Rumble Roses also features an advanced combat system that allows players to develop unique styles for their wrestlers. Players are able to change the personalities of their wrestlers through their actions in the ring, which then translates into changes in costume, attitude, and wrestling style options. Insults and taunts prove a lot more important here than in your typical wrestling title too, and many of the maneuvers are said to leave opponents in, what we will call, " compromising positions" .

To answer your question...there is supposed to be a mode with wrestling matches in the mud...I just can not confirm this with regard to the picture in question.

The DOA girls are not in this game...these are different virtual women.

well i dont literally mean the doa girls... i mean the premise of having an all girl cast with very little (it looks so far) content and fun except to oogle over the bouncy-ness of it all. thats what i ment by doa.

Correction: Who needs porno in a GAME? Especially when real porno is easily obtained, and it' s cheaper.

This is just another cheap attempt by developers to target the adolescent male population that isn' t old enough to buy real porn. That' s all it is...and I' ll make a personal guarantee that the game will suck.

well all the personal feelings aside (its one mans right to like a sucky game JK!!! i never played so im not judging) but if this is where the videogame industry is goign, i am sorry for our kids who will be playing a rhytmic sex timing game in the year 2045. the thought of that is just... well... sad.

Konami' s advertisement for the game at E3 was total B.S.
They said it was the first female wrestling game. I had to call them out on that!

The girls do look great though, ESPECIALLY that Southern Belle- Dixie chic, lol.. I saw one of her intros at the show and my jaw almost hit the ground, lol..

Why no gameplay footage?

i saw the game trailer and it looks real good. it is the same makers of the THQ fame so the controls are going to be spot on. the fact that you guys hate on this game with little to no info on this game bothers me. Yes, the chicks are hot. And yes they are dressed in dental floss and that is the gimmick. But THQ makers AND Konami. those guys can almost do no wrong and yet somehow this game will suck..........HOW? i saw the moves (in game movements) and they look great! the moves are a lillte over the top like full nelson backfilp drivers, but that will make it even better. there moves will be like Tina' s but more of them. I will buy this game, because it looks like a solid game. yeah you are thinking " Hes a perv and is buying the game for the T@A." but i am sure that ppl DOA2 for the gripping storyline and super deep fighting engne. ever played Kensai the scared fist? No?Why? it was DOA without the hot chicks. SAME GAME. but make that game again,with hot chicks, next thing you know they are selling like hot cakes. sex sells and you want to knitpick when sexy is good and when sexy is bad. Lara Croft? Bloodrayne? sorry to bash you guys thinking on what this game might be, but to hate on a game you know next to nothing about is bothersome to me. and also you guys can be totally right and the game could blow chucks but i have a good feeling that it will be good.

May I remind you sex doesn' t always sell. Take a look at Lara Crofts last game and movie. Er, nobody cared about them.

I' ve been following this game for a while now more because I' m a fan of wrestling and was interested in how Yukes were going to make this different than just ' Smackdown with girls' . All the previews seem to praise the game for being a great fighting game in its own right. I suggest you read up on this

What has gotten me interested is the face/heel aka good guy/bad guy dynamics of the characters. Every character has an alter ego you can unlock. Start out as a good guy and go through story mode. Be a compete bitch and at the end of it you' ll unlock the characters bad guy alter ego complete with a totally different costume, name and moves.

The only mode I' m disappointed in is the ' mud match' . It' s just a normal match with some fancy special effects. Woo... *yawns*

The graphics are genuinely better than anything I' ve seen in a Smackdown game and if it really does offer a different enough game playing experience it might be worth picking up.
