Thats cool. Battlefield would rock online on xbox, I' m sure it will still be good on ps2. Xbox is missing out on all the great online games EA has.

Never been a big EA fan, more so the online won' t be that great because the amount of people on a server will be drastically cut due to it being a console. I can' t imagine playing the game with only like 10 people.

Actually, if an XBOX version was released, I would see about 16 ppl because of the broadband only network. But I think this whole EA not on XBL is stupid, on both parts. Like this quote from penny-arcade says " EA, you need your games on XBox Live, Microsoft, your stupid. Just go over with a blank check and tell them to imagine the biggest number they can- God knows you' ve made worse investments" . I think that is so true. They could buy EA, and EA would sell more with XBL, so I see it as win-win. It' s not like the PS2, MS runs the servers, so they shouldn' t need a monthly fee, as they clearly need with PS2 Online.

With Battlefield:Vietnam coming up, might as well put 1942 on more media to continue its sales.

It probably would work well on consoles. I just don' t like FPS on consoles especially fast paced games. I need a mouse for quick movements. I didn' t mind Metroid prime but I can' t stand playing FPS on consoles [:' (] (exception would be back in the day with Goldeneye and Turok for N64)

Cant wait for the cell phone version. LOL. the graphics will make the PC look like a crazy old man. And just wait till you see what online is like with wireless dail-up. Eat it, PC players with your stupid broadband. And for those who are really stupid and cant tell-this is a joke.

What if the console had a mouse and keyboard each with programmable buttons and what not?
