When viewing and joining games, the wait for the games list to show is too long, its so annoying! Also when you try and join a game which is either ended or full, it has to reload the entire list again. Also i dont see how waiting so long for a quickmatch can be, it cant be that complecated for XBL to just select the " nearest" , not full game with the most players!

I tried 20 minutes to play Graw, suffering disconnects and wait times will waiting for the games list to show!

Untill they fix that, PC games like DoD and Raven Shield will forever beat consoles in MP.

I' ve never had such a problem. I' d suggest checking for contention problems.

I never had those problems either,however i had problems with few people wanting to play Ranked Team Deatmatch(Teal elimination) over at GRAW.

I have problems like this when I' m at college where they block pretty much everything with extremely strict firewalls. When I had dsl at home with a built in firewall to the modem it happened a little bit, but now I switched to cable with no firewall and I can find games a lot faster. It has to do with how open your connection is.

But I agree on the list automatically refreshing when you try joining a game that is full. But this isn' t xbox live' s problem its the game developers fault because they programed it that way. I can' t remember what games, but I' ve played a few that don' t refresh when you fail to join.

Nothing is blocked in my firewall, though i might need to NAT out some ports to my box, what ports does Xbox Live use?

I had most of my trouble with GRAW and DOA4, Ubisoft doesnt make the stupid waits with refreshing the list on the PC, so its silly for them to do it on live. I hope that NAT' ing ports might fix the problem because as it is, its just to cumbersome to even bother!

I have no idea what ports it uses, but when you go to network settings on the 360 dashboard or something like that it tells you how open your connection is. At college it tells me its strict and at home it tells me its open.
You could just try forwarding a few random ports to it to see if that helps.
