4) Dante (the one in devil may cry 1 and specialy 2)
5) Squall

Cid highwind (FF7) the best character ever made by lightyears,damn he is so cool :P

Elta is the main character in the Neo-Geo game, MAGICIAN LORD.
The Vic Viper is the starfighter that you pilot in the Gradius & Salamander (Life Force) games..
Dural is the greatest final boss in a fighting game ever!

and Dixie Clemets is, well umm, here she is in all her animated glory
