OXM UK has a piece about Shivering Isles but a boxout also contains the following...
We started work (on Fallout 3) in late 2004 with a few people. We only had about 10 people on it until Oblivion wrapped, but most of our staff is on it now.
We have pretty long preproduction phases on our stuff, doing concepts, design, building prototypes, and such. We should be ready soon to show it off, but we' ll see.
Yay!!!

Heh, I' ve known about this for a while. I never played the previous Fallout games so I was never all that excited. Hopefully they' ll have something to show soon because it surprised me they didn' t show it at E3 since the could have.

This is great news.
I wish the IP had gone to Bioware, or Obsidian since they are the ones closest to what was done before, most of obsidian was Black Isle, also Troika games was also some of the brightest from Black Isle.
I hope its nothing like the TES games, i want full damage modelling and i want the point system from the other games.
The first 2 Fallout games are classics, RPG fans should try them!

About a week ago I bought Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics, all on one DVD from GAME for about 10 pounds. So to anyone who hasn' t played it yet, now you don' t have an excuse. Have fun you kids!
