A more accurate big possibility release date maybe sort of for FABLE

as you can tell from this thread title, this games release is still unknown but heres what LionHead Times, the official fan site that brings regular updates on all Lionhead Studios games, updated today its Fable FAQ revealing the release dates for both the North American and European editions of the game.
When will it be out?
" Fable will be out in September 2004 in all NTSC (USA) territories and in October 2004 for PAL (EUROPE) territories"
This confirms many sites probable release date.

I' ll believe that the game actually exists when it' s gone Gold. Until then, it' s just more vaporware, as it has been for the past three years.

Its weird the official Xbox site shows Fable as a summer 2004 release and there news page was recently updated and shows Fable as an upcoming release...i wish theyd give an official answer soon...a demo even[:' (]

What is going on with this game?? I don' t do too much research on xbox games b/c I don' t own one, but this one looked VERY promising. What is taking it so long in development?

me beign the conservitive gamer i am, do not expect any of the really cool games till 2005, i want them to keep workign on them till they are perfect  it is goign to take awhile cause well if you have read anythign abotu it, this game is goign to be amazing, the coding will take forever......

The reason the game isn' t out can be found when you look at who' s developing it. Lionhead are notorious for their games constantly getting pushed back. I' ve heard tales that it' s a fine, fine, game but like most I haven' t actually been able to play it.

For a while, I don' t think they even had their own deadline as to when they wanted it done. As long as the game turns out good, though, the wait will be worth it.
