1Up reports: After two years of silence, Alan Wake developer Remedy is gearing up to release a new trailer of its game in Finland to coincide with the release of the Max Payne movie.
There's a new screenshot at the link. But not a whole lot of new insight.

Its called intuition and "HYPE" ..  Plus as unluckyone said the guys at Remedy are a talented bunch .

I wonder if the game will turn out as good as it first seemed to be.
Also, when it comes to graphics, many others did catch up in the meanwhile. Or did at least come close. So they can't really use that aspect as much anymore to hype the game. Nevertheless, I'm still very curious and hope to see more soon.

The story was always going to be a unique selling point for the game. Whether it lives up to Silent Hill or not we'll have to see. The map will of course be much bigger, and the physics were meant to be snazzy, but I'm mostly hoping for an atmospheric explorathon with lots of detail in the story arc.
I would cry if it ended up like Alone in the Dark.

Same here. The atmosphere of this is the most important feature for me. Together with the storyline of course. I really hope that they can recreate that Twin Peaks feeling. It's their goal after all from what I've read.

I would cry if it ended up like Alone in the Dark.
The first 3 Alone in the Dark shits all over Silent Hill. If the game was anything as creepy as the first 3 games id die of fright. Hopefully remedy can do one up over that
