The " Game" Breaking Industry?

We' re all gamers here, but how many of you (us), are trying to break into the industry itself? What would you most like to do in the industry; and what steps are you taking towards achieving this? I was thinking that this could be a place where everbody discusses different aspects of what they are most interested in, or what they are studying. Someone get the ball rolling, and hopefully the rest will follow suit....
