GDC 2007: The War Between Developers, Publishers - Mar 10, 2007 08:41

Three lawyers hosted a panel at GDC yesterday entitled " Developer/Publisher Wars," where they discussed what developers and publisher can add to their contracts to protect themselves when (or if) the time comes that they need to defend themselves. Barry Seaton, Fred Fierst, and Keith Boesky discussed the relationships between the " f***ers and the f***ees" in the developer-publisher struggle (Boesky' s words, not ours!).

I read this article and had to post it because of the way the developers and publishers use the terms " f***ers and the f***ees" . ROFL
