So with the hard drive you will be able to play xbox 1 games on the xbox 360. Only the most popular ones right away but eventually pretty much all of them.

My question is will there be any differences. Like will the resolution be 720p? Or will it be 640p like the original xbox. Will you be able to chose or will you be forced to a certain res? Can you choose widescren or 4:3 aspect ratio, what is the deal? Anybody know?

I think with Bleamcast! on Dreamcast you could play PS1 games at an upgraded dreamcast res 640x480 instead of the original PS1 320x240 or whatever lower res it was. I would think they could do the same thing for xbox 1 games on xbox 360, but maybe its hard to emulate like that or something and they can only do 640x480? Also with most emulators for consoles on PCs you can set the resolution to whatever you want. So anybody?

First of all you can' t play ps1 games on dreamcast, secondly ps2 did not up the resolution of ps1 games it mearly applys antialising to them.

I wouldn' t buy a XBox game for 360. It' s a waste of money, I think(except Far Cry: Instincts).

Well first off you can play PS1 games on Dreamcast. You need Bleamcast to do it. You stick in the bleamcast disc, then take it out and stick in the Playstation game.
And the Dreamcast increased the resolution. I wasn' t talking about PS2. But it is good to know it antialiases. I suppose the xbox 360 could apply 4x antialiasing to xbox 1 games with no problem?

Also I don' t plan on buying xbox 1 games to play on 360, i' m talking about playing my existing games. Halo 3 won' t be out for a long while, and I' ll still probably be playing Halo 2 for some time on xbox live.

What' s Bleamcast? A moded Dreamcast?
