I' ve heard rumors that there will be a third one that is a full fledges computer using the 360 hardware that will run windows vista. It do everything a normal computer does plus it will have tivo functions and a DVD burner. I don' t personally believe it but who knows.

They haven' t made it official yet but the rumor is that they are making a Xbox360 PC Longhorn version. Due to the fact that Longhorn has yet to be announced, they haven' t released official statements on this third installment.

What are you talking about? Longhorn was announced at least a couple weeks ago. It' s called Windows Vista now as I mentioned above.

I don' t personally believe it but who knows. 360 wired controllers will be compatible with WXP, and the 30 CAN act as a TiVO. www.xbox360news.com Look toward the bottom and thier should be an article that says " Tons of nw 30 details" or sumting along the lines of that.

The 360 cannot act as a stand alone Tivo unit. You can stream Live/recorded TV from your PC through your 360, and to whatever TV you decide to hook your 360 up too. However, you cannot record Live TV onto your 360' s hard drive.

It can' t be any PC either though, it has to be running windows media center eddition 2005. So I guess I' ll convince my roomate to buy another hard drive and instal it on there.

Really? I was unaware of this... I thought you had to have a media center PC to use the media center feature. Link?
