Why no Wii stock!!!!

Guys, I am facing a dilemma of the worst kind, my finace soon to be wife is having her birthday this weekend, not a problem you think, ok you are wrong she wants a freaking Wii and there is non in stock in the immediate area, nothing online, and I refuse to pay the overly inflated prices that are on Ebay, I was wondering if any of the Uk members know of anywhere local to them that have them in stock, otherwise I am in the doghouse and I don' t fancy starting married life like that.

Why am I now going to regret putting that in...oh er missus. Seriously after she watched that Chadwarden vid, she reckons that most guys getting a PS3 are trying to compensate for not having a big dick, well it sounded like that.

Check places like Argos or Woolworths for a Wii. My mate got one last Friday after he was told Game were getting some in. They sold out before he got to them but Woolies had two in stock when he went to look.

I ordered my Wii through Woolworths, and the next day from Play.com, who had it listed in Stock (a friend phoned me to get me out of bed at 8:30 on my day off!).

I got my Wii from Woolies 3 days later. At the moment, my order on Play is still listed as " Order Taken" . It was placed on 21st January.

So, I' d recommend ordering from Woolies. They won' t let you order unless they are due some, they' ll tell you it will be about a month getting it delivered but as stated mine was actually delivered to the shop 3 days later.

I have absolutely no idea why you still can' t get them though... want to make me an offer?

why not buy her a 250 gamestop gift card and tell her you wanted her to pick it out and when she goes to get it,it will just so happen that their sold out

Just pre-order (pay in full) one at a gaming store and put the pre-order in a card. Get her a bunch of accessories and games (more then what she would expect) just to show her you' re not fucking around.

Or you could put a $20 reserve and get her a bunch of games and make her think shes getting spoiled and then when she goes to get it it turns out she has to pay the rest haha

Just minimise it on your desktop and it' ll pop an alert up when stock becomes available - you' ll need to be quick though ' cos they don' t usually stay in stock for more than a few minutes!
