Yah I watched that after the demo bit of the map in action.
I have to say, I get really excited with this game.
I forget what they called it, but when they were working together and building stuff, the called it " communal design" or something, where friends would bounce idea' s off eachother, and work on eachothers stuff at the same time in the same space. This REALLY REALLY kicks ass IMO.
My long time gamer friend and I have made maps and mods for games on PC since we were kids, and it has always been a blast. Whether it be Moto, Worms, HL1/CS, Carmagedon, Starcraft and RTS games, we always had a shitload of fun, and came up with better stuff than we ever could have by ourselves. I have no doubt that he and I will spend countless hours playing around in this game and making some wacky levels.
I also think having world building in a game so visually appealing, along with physics(it really impresses casual gamers when they see great physics engines), and such unique characters and art direction, that it will draw in a lot of people that normally wouldn' t be interested in designing levels and maps in a game.
