Hey ther is probably some really simple answer for this but i cant seem to find out how to do it!!

An easy way is to use winrar. Once you have winrar installed your can right click on a file and select " Add to archive..." then in the advanced tab you can set a password.

Yes, it isn' t a very efficient method but it is a very simple one. You will also have to re-archive the file if you want to make changes to it.
Another way would be to store it in your " My Documents" folder and set a password on your account and make your files private.
The easiest way would be to use a USB disk.

Abso-freaking-lutely not. I really loathe the system admins at my job. Absolutely terrible people to work with. They treat you like a special-needs child who doesn' t know what a mouse is. I outstrip them at almost everything, (which is sad because I' m not a mad haxx0r or anything like that.) but I don' t have admin access, so I get shafted.

Another thing you can do is right click on your file and select properties. Then make it hidden. Then whenever you are using the computer while in a folder go to the tools menu and select " Folder Options..." Then under the " view" tab select show hidden files and folders and un-select it when you' re done.
