All that will happen is that there will be much less aliasing and everything will be sharper.


....some games could look absolutely amazing... ...ever notice how blurry Snake Eater or Resi4 were?....

Hmm, rendering PS2 games in HD...all I' m imagining is how Resi Evil 4 and other capcom games have looked on PC.

MGS3 and Resi4 were blurry for a reason, and that was to hide the lack of actual detail. I' d rather play those games the original way they were designed to played tbh. Sorry to rain on everyone' s parade!
