Wow! I' m gearing up to watch a bunch of Kurosawa films in a row. I' ve only seen a couple, but I know he' s regarded as one of the greatest directors ever.

I am so glad there are other Kurosawa fans here, this film in many aspects (considering its production year) was so far ahead of its time, not just with regard to content. *downloading this one, it' s a keeper!
