Help with 360 Pro Evo?

Hey
I have Pro Evo 6 and have a problem. Bascally me and my friend do not like the default controls so change them.
SWAP X~B And RB~RT.
(If that makes sense)
I have SAVED that setting on my Controller 1. But whenever I try do the same thing for 2 t doesnt work, and I cant remember how I did it.
Any Ideas??
