Ah now this is interesting as the White Engine was purpose built for PS3, yet PS3 doesn' t agree with UE3.0. Maybe this means they' re developing something " proper" for 360 or PC... Press Release Go Capcom!

" There is a big focus at Capcom on the importance of the Western markets. While Japan diverges into the mobile location based market rather than the ' at-home' market the console market in the West is set to grow very quickly. If Japanese companies want to take advantage of this growth they need to expand and deepen their management expertise in the West." next-gen.biz Capcom created an engine that they can use for multiple games on both PS3 and 360 making porting them easy. Dead Rising has sold 1M+ and Lost Planet sold 1M it' s first two days on sale. I think Sqeenix and other developers (NAMCO) are taking note and planning more games on 360 alongside their PS3 games. Western technologies, western methodologies and Japanese style & content sounds good to me.
