KIDS these days! Xbox at gunpoint
- Jul 16, 2004 01:42
The Kansas City Police Department reported that two kids got into a home and demanded an Xbox console and some games. Police said the break-in began when two women were sitting at home when they heard a knock at their door. When one of the women opened the door, the two kids smashed their way into the home, brandishing handguns.
The teenagers pushed the women out of the way, demanding an Xbox console along with games to go along with it.
The 16-year-old and 13-year-old teens were caught a few blocks away. The investigators said the teens did not fire the weapons, and weren’t sure at the time if they were real weapons at all. The police said that it is possible the teens were using replicas of real firearms.
