Just some advice:
When playing videogames we sit almost still for long periods of time (Wii players don' t need to listen to this
) which leads to bad health [:' (].
One way to prevent that is moving your body as much as possible during gameplay.
My tip is:
when playing multiplayer games like Counter-Strike, Gears of War and similar you usually end up in " spectator mode" when you die. During that time you can sit and stare at the screen
OR
make sit-ups or push-ups until the next round starts
.
If you suck, you' ll make a lot of sit-ups and push-ups which will make you strong. So you will be a winner even though you lose in the game
You' ll also regain circulation in your body allowing for quicker reflexes smarter strategy as well as a more comfortable gaming session.
If you' re hardcore you can actually do sit-ups at the same time you' re playing. Or simply sit in a 90 degree angel as you were frozen in a sit-up.
I suck at every game I' ve ever played so I' m kinda strong simply because I train during spectator mode
