I just found one in the game, minutes after reading your post
So... can you do something with it in the game? I think Oblivion is boring because I have no idea of what to do. I just walk around and randomly kill people, mostly the guards in towns and stuff. I joined the dark brotherhood but they' re weird so I' m thinking of killing them too...

Yeah you talk to a bunch of people or something and can make some sort of nighteye potion. Pretty much useless.
