One of the guys at oxm has all but confirmed that at 4pm today[UK time] SEGA will announce Virtua Fighter 5 for the xbox 360

So check out the main page of www.oxm.co.uk in just under 3 hours

No! They' ll put online on it, and mess it all up, you need next to NO LAG for
VF5!

Well if it looks as good as the PS3 version, it will save me on buying the PS3
version when it comes out.

If the PS3 one is better than the 360 one (which is more than likely) then I' ll buy
that one instead.

For those that aren' t fussed, it' s an opportunity to save on buying a PS3 for this
one amazing fighting game.

not every game on the 360 has online play and it will of course look the same on both consoles...VF5 on PS3 is hardly anything too amazing.

Someone at NEOGAF is saying that this Gen Sony is more worried about 1st Party titles than 3rd Party exclusives, good for them, won' t get me as a costumer though. As far as I' m concerned the only decent 1st Party titles they ever produced were: God of War and Gran Turismo.

Dont get me wrong, I come off as anti360 there but Really untill more major games I am interested hit the 360 [Alan Wake is the only one I am really looking out for] I will consider getting it, the ps3 is expensive enough as it is, I dont think I can afford to buy another console for a select few games.

Seems like a smart move by Sega' s management. But considering that the VF series isn' t so popular in the west, I wonder which platform will end up selling the most copies?

It' ll definitely sell a lot more on the PS3, as the Japanese are mad for it.

The game looks good, but not amazing, the areas are dissapointing iv ever only seen boring square arenas, so boring and so last gen. DOA might not be as technical but it looks fun the areas are cool and its fun to play, i dont need anything else.

But i might try out VF5 to see if the fuss is justified!
