This simply isn' t true. As long as you use it sensibly the strap serves its purpose just fine.

People are just stupid with it, slight gestures is usually all it needs to function correctly. Hell, I' m so careful with mine that I don' t even feel the need to wear the strap now, and not once have I nearly lost grip of it.
