Promising or Brand-Name Garbage? - Dec 17, 2006 08:59
Warner Bros bought 10.3% of SCi(the people who own Eidos). Apparently they' re planning 12 games based on older cartoons (Tom and Jerry, The Flintstones, Wacky Races, Yogi Bear and Huckleberry Hound). Im not sure how these are in Europe but in America these characters have a high sentimental value to many people, most notably The Flinstones+Tom and Jerry.

So anyone think there may be hope for any of these games or will they be cartoon based garbage? I for one would love an interactive evironment intensive Tom and Jerry game where you try to create traps to capture Tom or try to evade them as Jerry, but something like this seems more appropriate for XBL or Sony' s online store than a proper game release.
