Story:The core gist of the fairy tale this movie is based upon is that a young man accidentally marries the corpse of a murdered bride, who is then resurrected, expecting her new (living) husband to love her. The young man also already has a wife (living) as well.

I' d have to see a trailer or two to make a real judgement call on this one.

Seems like this was already done before (with real actors). I believe the lead character was the guy who played the lead in Cocoon.

I did not care for James and the Giant Peach, but I don' t think that was Burton.

He did not. It' s just based on his story and he produced it as well. So technically, NBC is NOT a Burton film!

It was written and produced by Tim Burton.
