great news!!
Even if you break 2 legs from a crab it still runs! What you gotta do is find its weak spot and do massive damage at it.

Good news how? Court actions like this will start to stop any innovation and new ideas from being bought to the industry, however that said Nintendo should have checked things out fully.

Come on they are sueing for the use of the B trigger at the back of controller! Nintendo are not the first company to use this, they have been around for a long time. The company are just out to make a fast buck. I cant see Nintendo loseing thus one.

The claim refers to a patent filed in February, 2005 which refers to a device titled " Trigger Operated Electronic Device." The patent describes the advice as a " trigger operated device in the nature of a pointing device for use with an electronic system such as a computer." The patent continues to describe a device which, on the surface, sounds an awful like the Wii' s controller. Hmm...I want to say that Nintendo doesn' t have a problem here...cause it doesn' t look like they do. Immersion had a case against Microsoft and Sony...but I doubt this will do anything.

Like Nintendo hasn' t been on the other end of bullshit lawsuits a million times. I say, sue them. (note - I have not read the link)

Yepp,i agree just sue the fuck out of Nintendo. I' m still mad after the EU lawsuit accident. Which made for ex games in certain parts cost half the price of what they did in for ex Scandinavia, and it wasn' t fair by EU so Nintendo got sued. Now i dont care if you who read this wasn' t mad about it,but it was me whoi had to pay twice the price,so my problem, rigth?
