The best thing San Diego was draft Tomlinson, but you' ve managed to fuck up every draft after, lol. I hope Phillip Rivers is good for you guys because...well, the Titans never play the Chargers unless in the SB...

I don' t think this year is the year for the Chargers. As long as they bring Rivers along a little better than Leaf (and who' s to say he could have been saved) they should be in good shape. I' m not familiar on your cap situation there but it seems to me that you have a long ways to go before you have a SB team. It appears you guys are going the KC way and trying to make a great offense, and a decent defense. For that to work I think you guys need a better O-line, and definately a better WR corp. It' s kind of crazy with the Titans. We started out with a dominating defense, and an average offense. Now over the years our D seems to only stop the run (watching Jamal Lewis get nowhere in the playoffs brought a tear to my eye), and our offense is taking off. Also, I think I may have put my foot in my mouth. We play the Chargers this year in San Diego, lol. Anyways, I' m going to recommend that you memorize this name for that game...Calico. I' ve got a good feeling about him this year as he showed some true greatness last year. All the coaches agree that he' s had a great offseason constantly working on catching the ball.

I just got tickets today for the Jags game. I also bought 4 for the Atlanta scrimmage in the hopes of many autographs, and maybe one by Vick himself.

It' s FOOTBALL SEASON!!!! This is the place for you to put down your guesses and expectations in the NFL. With my hometeam, the CHargers, beating out the Houstan Texans 27-20 in a spectacular game and considering their 4-12 season the previous year and rookies, I expect a fair record for them this year, maybe 9-7, that record is good enough for the playoffs provided other teams lose badly . I expect the Patriots (yes, them again) and Greenbay to go to the super bowl.

immortaldanmx, Are you a Saint Louis fan? That' s cool (either way). My favorites are: Football - The Rams (but I loved the 49' ers when Montana was QB) Baseball - STL Cardinals Hockey - Da' Blues!!! ...and I agree with Sharon - hockey rules!!! Basketball - Haven' t watched much since Jordan left Chicago... no real extraordinary talent these days...Jordan was da' bomb!!! Soccer - Love watching just about any two teams, but the STL Steamers were my favorite. Even know it' s not a team-based sport: Golf - Arnold Palmer, Chi Chi Rodriguez, Fuzzy Zeller(?), and a few others...nice way to relax on the weekend.

I have no idea what SpeedFreak just posted. Anyways, I anticipated football posts, and either 1) you guys don' t like football or 2)you guys don' t live in the US or 3)both. But I' m going to stay positive and keep expecting that someone will jump out of the hole .

Football in the UK is soooo over-rated I feel. I' m not a big fan of it. If I were I' d have killed myself already, the way Leeds United performed last season. I don' t even know or care how we' re doing in Division 1. *sobs*
