Got My VGA Adapter now to work the bugger.

So today has been very trying on me. I go down to circuit city purchase my adapter come back reposition my 360 and BOOM RED FREAKING CIRCLE! I look around for help and find a video of some guy hitting the side of his 360 and fixing the problem immedietly I did that and it worked! So anyways I got to hook my 360 into my monitor and lo and behold there is no place to plug it in...I remember reading a website that did a review of the adapter and they used the exact same brand and monitor I did...so what is up? Any other way you guys might think to hook this thing in?

Did you get the official MS VGA cords with the female/male adapter inside?

Nah, it was no plug in for the back of the monitor. I figured it out thanks to Lotussen. I really need to look at all the parts that come with stuff instead of the main attachment.

Don' t feel bad. My first day with my 360, I was getting audio feedback from my TV, tried two different TV' s, and plugged/unplugged the cables four different times before I realised I' d had my red component-video in the audio jack. FOUR TIMES! I did that!

Well, realistically only three. I unplugged ' em & replugged ' em twice on one TV, then went and plugged ' em in on the TV in my room before realising my mistake, & trying to strangle myself with the composite-video lead.
