Next-gen isn' t here until Crysis is released..

According to Crytek site it is still Q1 ' 07. Nothing in the Spec' s make out anything that isn' t already in the marketplace, except for DX10 but it will still work on DX 9, seeing as there aren' t many DX10 cards out there, then I can' t see what the issue is.

funny enough no, but why do you ask. There are no definate specs out yet but seeing as those being banded around are nothing out of the ordinary I cannot see the relevance of your question. Minimum Requirements CPU: Athlon 64 3000+/Intel 2.8ghz Graphics: Nvidia 6200 or ATI X1300 - Shader Model 2.0 RAM: 768MB on Windows XP or 1GB on Windows Vista HDD: 6GB Internet: 256k+ Optical Drive: DVD Software: DX9.0c with Windows XP Recommended Requirements CPU: Dual-core CPU (Athlon X2/Pentium D) Graphics: Nvidia 7600GTX or ATI X1800GTO (SM 3.0) or DX10 equivalent RAM: 1.5GB+ HDD: 6GB Internet: 512k+ (128k+ upstream) Optical Drive: DVD Software: DX9.0c with Windows XP

Hopefully they decided to Inject some gameplay into the game.
Change is inevitable. Except from a vending machine. Viva La Revolution! erm, I mean Viva La Wii!

Who needs gameplay with visuals like that? People are going to be buying it thinking it' s a PS4 tech demo.

I was just joking around about how a game with physics and graphics like that would(my guess anyway) need some crazy high specs to run smoothly. Hopefully they decided to Inject some gameplay into the game. Yeah, sort of like Far Cry. Back then it was great visually but the gameplay just " felt" mediocre and wasn' t that memorable.
