You can say the PS3 is a lot of things:

Ready to play (Blu-Ray disks)? Yes.

Ready to rotate (the Sixaxis controller)? Most certainly.

Ready to show (the 1080i HD graphics)? Absofreakinglutely.

But " ready to rumble" ?

As the only next-gen console that doesn' t have a rumble feature...NO
