New 360 Update

I got updated, & I' ve got no clue what it did. My paranoia tells me it has something to do with the dummy accounts, but I" m not sure. Anybody here know?

Monitor? The update was supposed to improve 1080p over VGA. And it KILLED your monitor???

The next time you sign into Xbox Live, you’ll be prompted for a dashboard update. The update contains:

* Improved support for HD video output over VGA, including 1080p resolution
* Improved plug and play performance for wired headsets when being used with wireless controllers
* Changes made to recently played games list to improve accuracy

Just dled it...what exactly was it meant to do again? Didn' t do anything for my vga connection. No more support for resolutions just below 1080p either. C' mon MS get on the case!

My guess is that the 360 tried to push your tv at a higher refresh rate or something.

Doesn' t bother me then. I' m not getting my monitor for a few weeks still.
