The game may have been given a series of bad reviews, but, it also managed to top charts at #1 in a series of catagories thru out the UK and Austrailia.
After only 4 days it was #1 for both Xbox and PS2, this week it remains at #1.

Reveiwers SUCK.DRIV3R deserves to be at #1,this game kicks ass.

I' ve played some of it. The AI is atrocious, the control is not all that great, and the only real redeeming value comes from when you' re actually driving a vehicle. Get out, and the game starts to suck HARDCORE.
The game isn' t terrible, and probably deserved a little higher than the 5.4 it got at GameSpot, but not much higher. Heck, The Getaway was better.
