One guy with two accounts buys from himself. Happens all the time.
If I sell something on Ebay and I don' t get a high enough bid then I' ll place a bid myself, with another account, to make sure the guy with the crappy low bid doesn' t get it, thus preventing a big loss of cash for my part.

Make sure ebay get % of the bid.
