What looks best? CoD3 or GoW?

Since CoD3 got a 10 in graphics and GoW got a 9, I was wondering what game got the best graphics? I' ve heard that GoW is the nicest looking game ever, but does CoD3 look even better?

Since I haven' t played anyone of them, yet, and haven' t seen any gameplay vid of CoD3 I wasn' t sure.

Gears of War is the best looking game to date. People giving the graphics anything below a 10 don' t know what they are talking about. Yes, I highly disagree with our own Kikizo review.

A review is one persons opinion. Try not to read too much into a games score. Play it and see if you like it for yourself or if you don' t have a 360, listen to people who are playing/have played it already and see what they think.

I think a nine is a pretty damn respectable score! the highest I' ve seen was Oblivion, getting 9.6. Then again, now we' re all over the hype from Oblivion and we' ve all got our own ideas on how to improve it, it would be probably be brought back down to a 9.

Majik, you should compare your GoW screenshot with a shot of the town on the river which is being bombed/spitfired before you paddle across in the boat - it is a very close call! I can' t wait to see GoW in action, only hours to go now!!

Gears of War is superior easily. Honestly remember that opinion drives 90% of reviews as such, Kikizo is not excluded, though their reviews are pretty accurate majority of the time. This time however it is off (but only a tiny bit).

Well if they can fix the problems with the online connection issues I think COD3 will have a lot more replayability than GOW. As much as I love GOW it will loose much of its appeal once I get all the achievements.

Graphically though GOW easilly beats COD3.
