I can' t hear shit on X360' s headset.

You can just plug any headset into it right? I' m thinking of just buying a PC headset, the 360 thing feels like a $0.99 PC headset.

I' m using this Halo 2 headset on my 360, works just fine for me...

I didn' t know you could just plug in any headset into the controler and it' d work.

considering getting a wireless headset, but somehow i just prefer typing to people in MP, but that option isnt really there :P

Happened with a few headsets tho its possible to use any headset with the same connection. Cell phone headsets and all the sorts will work fine. You wont be able to mute or anything and interference differs from set to set.

Also I saw at Circuit City an adapter the looks like the connecting end to the 360 headset so you can use any headset likes its a 360 one with mute and volume control and stuff.

The headset works fine for me, and I think it is pretty good comfort wise too. The headset speaker is usually loud enough but it could use a slight more boost in volume. Sometimes with the speakers really loud it can be hard to hear through the headset.

I just wish there was a clip on mic for when I wear headphones.

I havent had any problems with the 360 headset, though i did have quite a bit of trouble out of my xbox one.
