Ways to spot Fanboys... - Nov 07, 2006 14:44
Just a fun little thread:

How to spot a Sony Fanboy.

Uses M$ to describe Microsoft.
Swears up and down GT is a better racing game compared to Forza.
Will not listen to logic or reason during a debate (not argument...though they can turn into one if there is a Sony Fanboy around).

How to spot a Nintendo Fanboy

Older and more mature...yet still living with their parents.
Swears up and down Mario is a better character compared to Sonic.
Won' t listen to Logic.

How to spot a Microsoft Fanboy.

All they say is " Halo is the greatest game ever" .
Claim they never owned a certain system, yet will still defend it (Just an inside joke F3, don' t hurt me :P)
Won' t listen to logic...unless bribed.

How to spot a LIFE Fanboy.

Claims all gamers are nerds...the end.

So, how do YOU spot a fanboy?

How to spot a Nintendo Fanboy

Older and more mature..

That' s funny, Nintendo' s games are almost only 3+ games. Why would they be older and more mature, when the Sony games are mosly 16+ and 18+?

Based on the assumption that nintendo fanboys became fanboys during the NES/Snes days I guess.

But damn you Alecrein, what about how to spot a Sega fanboy?!

They are the only ones worth caring about

Most Nintendo Fanboys originated after the arrival of the NES. Generally they would be older around now.

Alright Uumai I' ll try to whip something up.

How to spot a Sega Fanboy

If an argument is started between two fanboys the Sega Fanboy will give them both candy...while secretly planning the downfall of mankind.

Sonic is a god, regardless of his creators flaws every Sonic game is perfect (so they say).

They WILL listen to logic, but generally they will warp and bend it to their own will.

There ya have it, I' m sure you guys have other ideas for spotting them, so post away!

Because Sony is the " Now" As such a lot of younger teens are drawn to them...they think Sony is " cool" . To say the least, these statements are general and not to be taken seriously.

How to spot an N-Gage fanboy:

Step 1: Look for an abandoned corpse. Be alert for a vaguely nauseating odor.
Step 2: Identify burns from Taco-Phone radiation around ear canal.
Step 3: Cremate the offending body.
