LINK It' s an interesting read but it doesn' t contain anything we didn' t already know. Sony' s online service will suck, we knew that from the very beginning.

I' ll wait untill the PS3 is in my hands, before saying it sucks, but it doesn' t look good.

A Sony exec was quoted to say that the online bit was never a big part of Sony' s Playstation plan. Rather, it always meant to be more of a compliment to the whole thing, and not quite as ambitious or polished as XBL.
The quote' s in the latest EGM issue, but I can' t remember exactly who said it.
