I liked RR6 and thats almost the exactly same thoughts i had on the game.. 1080P should further my thoughts... Although the thought of playing a racing game on the light, non-rumble Pad must feel alittle off at the least.

After watching the lastest High res trailers, this agian i thought exactly the same. Your usual FPS affair. 40 player multiplayer is impressive Especially having next to zero framerate drops..
Also the levels/backgrounds in this game is breathtaking to say the least, Ive never seen so much draw distance, explosions and things going on in any other game yet.
While you would think or expect framerate drops IE alot of 360 games with things are going on, PS3 seems to handle it all with ease (and with more FRAPS than ive seen in any game, silky smooth animations and spot FX ). They claim only scraping the surfice of the CELL...
If thats true (and being their first effort it most likely is).. 360 is gona be left behind in the graphical terms (this time next year i reklkon) ..
Gears of Wars and lost Planet looks wicked, really wicked but is more ' details/textures' .
Ive still yet to witness that crazy super CEll motions/flawless animations and surrounds that ive seen in Motostorm and Resistance.. They have such a unique look to the way they move and they are only the first games to be made with the system in mind.
ANYWAY...
Graphics aside..
I think Famitsu are more or less right (RR 7 maybe scored alittle high, but not that much).
