With a game like Splinter cell the story is not important , so i dont think you should be put off buying it.

The story is your standard take down terrorist group with no real interesting characters apart from Sam Fisher.

Not with this one. Story play s a key role and holy crap does it make things intense. Every level really pushes the sory as you' re playing and forces you to make some very disturbing choices.

There is a lot of character development going on with the game. There are levels where you can' t even fight people and you just have to get familiar with your surroundings and the people in it.

He can' t do a swat turn can he? I love the look of this new game... Damn that
b@st@rd Mass X...

I like the animation on Sam Fisher, is it still hand-drawn, or did they decide
to upgrade to Mo-cap?

Well, work is done for the day, and so I am off home to play Kingdom Hearts.

(Yes, that boring Action/Rpg with the great story, let' s face it, the combat sucks
eggs)

Also, hopefully I' ll find a copy of SC:DA somewhere, and then curse the pants off
of that Mass Effect X guy!!!

I just borrowed that from a friend today, can anybody tell me if I need to play the first one to understand the second, or can I get by on inference? Because from what I' ve seen, I' ve suffered severe dain brammage.

That, coupled with your avatar, makes you look like a desperate whore.lol.

I think you meant " fill" , but I am not judging spelling here..

Kingdom Hearts has a great story, but is completely devoid of a good battle
system, hopefully that has been patched up in number 2 which I will be buying
at the end of the month.

Roxas is fat, and has chubby ankles.

Yuna has swollen ankles.. She eats too many Jaffa cakes..

Sometimes in Kingdom Hearts 1, Sora looks a lot like Meg Ryan..

Just Wow, at the multiplayer of this game... It' s so amazing!

The amount of stuff you can do as a spy.. I hope GoW has a fun multiplayer, and
it' s not just chainsaw matches at dawn...

As soon as the sun cracks through the third cloud on the sixth lining, I will
purchase a copy of that badboy SC:DA...

I liked the multiplayer alot too, the main game I only played for an hour or so, I was confused as fuck and had to run through the tutorials since I haven' t played a SC game since 2002.

As for the graphics, they aren' t that amazing, still missing that real next gen look. The game has poor framerate for the visuals its pushing, even when not much is going on you can tell its running at 20-25 FPS.

Yeah Im often lost far more in this game then in the previous ones. Its crazy. But it certainly ups the challenge. Tho I feel I may need to restart on the easy setting...

My one big complaint tho has to lie with the checkpoint/hidden loading. All the previous SC were seamless (abliet the locations a bit smaller), but in this game every time you reach a " checkpoint" there is a momentary pause IE load. DUnno what happens if I backtrack tho never thought to do so. Its not a major issue but somtiems it detracts you a bit.

The JBA HQ missions are interesting. Definatly an entirely different stlye then the usual gameplay.

Anyhow Ive only gone as far as the supertanker mission so I still have plenty to see before I give my overall thoughts.

PS: I may not be far yet, but I think I am much further then Tiz is...granted tho I been playing since what? Tuesday or Wednesday night?
