character models looks decent.

rest looks like evil man.
Even if you break 2 legs from a crab it still runs!
What you gotta do is find its weak spot and do massive damage at it.

The pics I saw in my GI don' t look that hideous, and Quez is right, the character models do rock, but I think Neversoft got lazy, and when they said, " built from the ground up" they meant " built from the ground up with bricks from American Wasteland"

How far along are these shots in the dev process?

Is there anythign to say that the environ isnt just placeholder with the new char models?

Have you noticed the screens are from ONLINE play? This might be like what happened with GR:AW where the graphics were downgraded to make sure multiplayer was smooth and consistent! Just a hunch though..
