I also trust Peter Jackson´s decisions and a new game category is always welcome even if it fails but like i said i trust Jackson so i think it will come out great.

This next-gen is proving to be fantastic: Nintendo back in the game with great console design and a different approach to games, 360 with lots of AAA titles coming out and PS3 with blu-ray and.....well more MGS and FF games

I haven' t read much about it but if i had to take a wild guess i would say that it' ll be a Tokyo train sim with a cameo role by Godzilla.

I' m not a big fan of Peter Jackson nor his movies (though I do have an awesome " Frighteners" poster which is a 3D hologram which I took from the theater). I am happy that he lost the equivalent of about 14 human beings in weight, but he could lose 3 or 4 more if he would just shave and take a shower.

Anyway I look forward to games made by game makers, not movie people.

Though it is true that Square indeed is milking the FF name, I have no prob with it as long as they actually deliver GREAT games. In fact I like that they continue the series, as they are AFRAID to actualyl make the games (the numbered ones) bad. Also, since each game vareys so much I see no reason to complain on these games, it isn' t like with Halo 2, which (to me) was essentially Halo the original, with dual wielding.

Also, Emotep, nobody complains on Quez' s english. It is taboo, we do not speak about it! And Quez... Your english ROCKS!

I thought King Kong was quite good but wasn' t too keen on Jack Black in it and I didn' t think it was as good as either the original or the 80' s (70' s?) Jeff Bridges version. It concentrated on it' s own special effects too much.

Otherwise, Bad Taste was funny, Brain Dead is one of my favourite all time movies and the Lord of the Rings movies would not have been better if they were directed by anyone else. The Return of the King had about 6 endings too many, but I' m prepared to forgive him for that. Dismissing Sauruman/Christopher Lee from the 3rd movie was pretty bad, but the ending back in the shire wouldn' t have worked on the big screen and I felt it was actually a poor ending to the book anyway so.. myeh.

I' m interested in any game he' s going to do, but probably not interested in the Halo movie. It will SUCK but I' ll fill my heart with hope, go see it on the first night it' s out and have a crappy weekend when I realise how much it sucks.

All games I' m a fan of have made lousy lousy movies. Except Mortal Kombat, which was okay-ish because it knew there was no point having a plot and settled for fighting with a good soundtrack.
