What draws me to this game is the architecture... The buildings are just so huge and monumental. I only HOPE that we will not only be facing 2-3 locusts at a time... Please tell me that it isn' t so... I get the feeling it is... it would make sense why they wouldn' t release a demo, demo' s are the undoing of every bad game I think. Not saying Gears is bad, but the hype may lead people to expect certain aspects that aren' t in the final version.

I think we will see larger battles than that! but as long as the game is fun 30 seconds at a time, it will work no matter what!

I downloaded the new promotional ad and while I like the song it really didn' t fit the trailer. It worked well in Donnie Darko but it didn' t lend itself well to action. The trailer itself was badass though. My excitement went through the roof with that.

I was seriously dissapointed when there weren' t destructable objects in the full version of CoD:2. The only level that had ' em was the demo level. I still love the game, but you' re right, it does kill some of the mega-hype. The 10-min video is awesome. It really got me excited for launch day again.

I think the music went well with the promotional ad. They took the subtle approach, which, when paired with the light rainfall, leading to heavy rainfall and the fact that when he jumps through the window and stops for a bit, and then followed by the worried look on his face, shows a much deeper aspect to the story which would have been lost if they put: - More explosions. - Punk/rock to the tune of " click, click BOOM!" This ad has changed my take on Gears. Great promotion!

Kill me now Tiz, but with that music it' s got me thinking more of Brokeback mountain - looks like out to claim to claim revenge for his dead partner if you know what I mean. Awesome trailer though!

I like the song! and i like the trailer, and normaly music like that fits perfectly with action, though in this case horror would be better. but i dont think they mixed. I watched it on my laptop, im going to go watch it at home on my big screen to see if the effect is different Fuck this forum is boring, these days! And we arent even allowed to say Sony sucks
