I don' t know how old this is, but while it' s up here I guess I could make use of it. The only series' that I own EVERY SINGLE game for are the Mario Kart and Smash Bros series/franchise(which isn' t hard). However, my favourite series of which I do not own every game to has got be The Legend of Zelda one. The main reason for this is the mostly unexplainable feeling I get as soon I have a run around the home village/island/etc.

It`s a hard question to answear, i have kind of many favorite game series, but one above everyone must be Metal Gear Solid, every game in the series have such a great story, and Snake eater had a superb ending scene. Then of course there also is Zelda, Mario, Sonic, Shenmue, Harvest Moon, the Tales series and so on. I cant really place them in any order how good they are since everyone is great.

Final Fantasy? not anymore for me :( (FFX, FFIX and now FFXII seems to be really bad) Shenmue is definitely the series I would put here , but it seems to me more like a one game divided only to make us suffer. I think The Legend of Zelda - the only series that never lost it' s quality ,even though it' s 20 years old now.(Mario went kinda low with Mario Sunchine) Happy Birthday Link Oh I forgot to put my hands down ...shit HANDS DOWN ZELDA

Dare i say Resident Evil, or maybe Metal Gear Solid?! They' ve both made a lot of progress since thier first outings, and every game in each of the respective series' has added something new. Based soley on the jumps made in Snake Eater and Resident Evil 4, i have to go with both.

I think I forgot to list Super Monkey Ball. But ONLY the Gamecube versions and ONLY SMB 1 and 2. None of this SMB Adventures programmed by Travellers Tales nonsense.

What is " 3D Carnage" ? I don' t recall ANY carnage in Shenmue or Zelda.
