Dmc2 sucks ass, Dante didnt have a personilty he was all serious.

Dmc3 dante rocked, yeah he was cheesy, but the good kind of chesse that makes you laugh. Its not meant to be taken seriously.

These avatar changes confuse me sometimes.

Devil May Cry was better than Devil May Cry 2 and Devil May Cry 3 was better than both of them.

The original is still better than most other PS2 games but 3 was a work of art. It' s bigger, looks nicer, has improved combat mechanics and most importantly it' s harder.

Controller. Definately a controller. A good controller too, a wired 360 pad would be perfect!

Is DMC3 that good? Ok... I might have to pick it up then, when I get my PS2

Driving force pro wheel , microphones (probably) for singstar and some other accesories.

I still don' t like the gameplay in DMC3 - I don' t " feel" killing those things - in NG I felt each slash.

I hope this game lives up to expectations, and doesn' t fail miserably like DMC 2... the only thing i really enjoyed about 2 was the addition of acrobatics and aiming in two directions.

It was funny though, how they never referred to Dante as Dante, only as " the son of sparda" or something to that effect.... what a game.... haha

well see i didn' t play the whole game (since it sucks so bad i gave it up on the third level) so may be i' m wrong , but one thing for sure people , his art design wass awesome.... this is no man from american idol (devile may cry 3)

dmc 2 was awful, the story made no sense, all of Lucia messions where just Dantes in reverse, the game was easy, the camera was a joke, it wasnt deep, it was full of bugs and dante wasnt the same.

I cant think of a sequal that let down so much. But thankfully it made Dmc3 even better.

Aba, sorry, I don' t agree that DMC 2 Dante Rocks. It' s like taking sonic and removing his speed, they changed the core of his character. He is a smart-mouth, cheesy, fun-loving man.

DMC2 took all that, stripped it away, made him cold, boring, and never refered to by name, gone was his cool alistor and other cool weapons.... DMC2 is something better left forgotten.

Hope DMC4 is great, aren' t they supposed to be making the combat easier... more accessable or something?

The countdown on the official website has ended but no screenshots have been posted there. It look like they will be up on the 15th though (as in the ' screenshots' section there are grey thumbnails with 15/9 on them).

These are from Game Informer Online but they tried to be clever and disabled the right-click option so you a) can' t save them, and b) can' t directly to them. They obviously think people are stupid.

Anyhoo, it' s looking awesome but it' s still not as nice as i expected. At least we are getting an idea of what to expect though!

It looks as nice as Heavenly Sword but both games have some minor issues like aliasing and low res textures. BUT, the lighting looks great and we can be certain that the animation will be fluid and that the post processing and particle effects will be superb. It' ll run at 60fps too so that' s likely what' s making the difference between this and say Lost Planet (they use the same engine).

Like Bishonen said, this looks like it' ll get outdone by Ninja Gaiden 2 but the DMC games have always been awesome and they' ve never been visually stunning.

it' s not mediocre , i think it look good but i' m a bit disapointed, i thought it would be jaw droping.
