So basically you have the first in-game footage tomorrow.
So finally we will see how well the game looks like.
Ofc it might just be a in-game cutscene but i doubt it.

lets all think negative, in-game cut scene, but hope for gameplay. It' ll be interesting to see how it looks compared to the cutscenes seen thus far.

I hope some more stuff comes from this week though, it seems pretty barren, i wish it was tgs time instead

Yeah,real-time gameplay/cutscenes are often just a way to brag with your graphic-engine.

No game live up to its own real-time engine.

One thing I hate about MGS trailers is that they show too much of the things you' d want to experience for the first time while playing.

Well i' m betting that both mgs4 and halo3 actually deliver with the in-game thing.

I doubt we will see as many enemies+robots as in mgs4,or 17 airships at once when playing halo3.

I completely agree, like when Snake is putting a gun in his mouth. They could have totally spoiled the biggest plot device in the entire game.

I' m pretty sure it' s just a hype generator -Snake won' t die - he points a gun at himself and then when we here him firing, we can' t see what' s going on.

Ocelot sold Metal Gear technology to many different countries and rogue states. Everybody now has their own versions/models/types of Metal Gear and it woudn' t be suprising if the bipedal drones seen in the two trailers so far were a kind of Metal Gear used by one of the games factions.

That' s not to say that they are THE Metal Gear in the 4th game, it' s likely that there will be an uber-Metal Gear that' ll need it' s ass kicking, but it' s also likely that there will be more Metal Gears along the lines (maybe not in terms of design) of what we' ve seen already.

When I hear " MGS gameplay footage" I get a picture if a cardboard box in my head...

I' m in work now. It' s out here on Friday (25th). I' ve decided to definately buy it. Hitman has turned out to be far better than i had thought (massively superior to Contracts) and yet i' ll need something to keep me busy until the 8th September and the PAL release of Dead Rising.

Y' know, we' ve got Metronome listed for the 8th too. I wonder whether it will be delayed, ...i think it looks cool but don' t know much about it.

According to Konami, game director Hideo Kojima couldn' t be at the show in person because he' s busy working on the game, but he said he looks forward to attending the Games Convention next year -- along with a playable version of the game. He also said that the final game will look just as good as this trailer when you are playing it. Enjoy.

To be honest I am a little dispointed with that trailer, it dosent show anything new, and while the metal gears kicking those people around was cool, it didnt give us any story, any snake, or any idea what its like, expect for those Metal gears and their funky legs!

It should look as good at that trailer in gameplay though, that was the only interesting thing, i dunno if i buy it but i' ll wait and see... it' ll be playable at the Games Convention next year...
